You have not given us enough information.

If you have a laptop touchpad it could be you bumping the pad. In this case you either have to be more careful or disable the touchpad.

You may have software which is designed to take the cursor to the most likely spot. In this case you disable the software or the feature.

You may have a mouse with a defect. Try a different mouse.
