I have installed Windows 7 on to my laptop, but I can't use it for very long before it crashes to a BSOD with an error about tdx.sys.

My laptop is a Asus netbook (1GB ram and 120GB hard drive).

Is there any fix about?

I've done a google on this, and it is suggested that you try to update your network drivers. Do you know if you have a broadcom network adapted? If so, try the Vista drivers at this link:
