The task manage shows suddenly not total CPU usage

Thought reboot helps, but still the same problem

Um, okay?

Now, you want to give some useful information? What does it show?
Why do you think there's some unshown? Which version of Windows 7 do
you have? Is this a new issue, particular after you installed some
particular piece of software.

Windows 7 64 Bit

Until now, Windows Task Manager was a normal window
with a top bar to move, close and so
below the task list was total CPU usage %

Now only a frame, no elements to minimize meaximize close,
below the task list, no total %

Double-click anywhere in the border area to change back to standard mode.
