Hi friends,

Here you go.

You will find Print Scrn SysRq button on top of the key board
Press Alt + Print Scrn SysRq, it will copy the content in clipboard by default
after that open a new Paint file from Programs and press control+v(paste)
it will copy the contents which you want, you can cut and paste the required details from paint to the document. Use paste special option for pasting the contents (select picture enhanced metafile for pasting the contents)

Thanks

Hi Sasi. Welcome to the forums.
No rudeness intended, but did you read the link to Ian's tutorial? It says pretty much the same as your post.

Nice straightforward tutorial, Ian. Quick and clean using the keyboard method.
Fwiw, I use (You have to Pay for it!) Snagit. It does the same thing in those two functions, but you can also make small movies, scroll pages, edit fro within the program and a couple of other options.
Anyone with further interest, here is a shot of the main interface

I use Snagit also. Much more configurable and gives a lot of options to choose from as davehc stated. The screenshots I post on this forum are all done using Snagit unless it's a logo or such.

Windows 7 sure makes it easier to take a screenshot with the introduction of the Snipping Tool. Good job, Microsoft.
