How to take out a malware or spyware from my computer?

it says : System Alert: Malware threats. But that is like a pop up in the computer not the internet soo idk how to take that off i tried to system restore but it didnt work wat else shud i tried . I also tried windows defender if found out some but i guess like it didnt delete it soo wat shud i doo?

Windows Defender is pretty useless if the system is already infected.

Try something like MalwareBytes, some other malware tool, or you can download, burn, and boot with Kaspersky's Rescue Disk.

You will need to do an offline scan. Meaning that you create a CD/DVD that is booted from that will scan your hard drive.
