switch my windows 7 to 64-bit

Can anybody help I changed my 64 bit laptop to 32 bit and now it won't let me change back.

Question why do you want to go back to 32 bit?

You have to completely reinstall Windows to do this.

To have changed from 64 to 32 you had to reinstall and as Thrax said, you have to reinstall again to go back to 64 bit.
