My "safe to remove hardware" [STRH] balloon tooltip doesn't show up any more.
[The STRH icon is still there, and works just fine] but when the "okay, it's safe now" balloon
should show up, the STRH icon just goes into hiding [which tells me it's safe, but I miss my balloon! LOL
I'm running Windows-7 RC on a custom built AMD system [I know, my 7 is about to go bye-bye soon! And a reload of the real 7, when I buy it, will fix my problem, but I'm curious about where the registry entry is that is preventing this balloon from showing up.
NOTE: I've already played with... [to no avail]
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Explorer\Advanced\
EnableBalloonTips.
