Click the start menu. Type "help." Click on Windows Help and Support.
Type "startup" into the search box. Click the magnifying glass. Select
the third result :

3. Run a program automatically when Windows starts

Help and Support does not bring up that 3rd option. Probably because I
already
have it installed in the Start Menu. But, glad to see where "Help and
Support" is
and get it back on my desktop.
