when you download software, go in the setting uncheck the start up with windows. if they dont have a settings you can go in system configuration and disable the start up there. the less you have starting up with windows they faster the boot time.
im wanting to know if theres any part of windows i can disable from starting to speed it up more.

You can go to Black Viper's website and apply the Safe Tweaks for Windows 7 SP1. Here's the link for the list : http://www.blackviper.com/2010/12/17...onfigurations/ . You can also use SysInternal's Autoruns program to disable any Startup programs. Here's the link for Autoruns. : http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/s...rnals/bb963902 . If you'd like a program that suggest's what startup items to disable. Give Soluto a try. Here's the link to get it.: http://www.soluto.com/Download

FYI: Many services in W7 are also delayed which also makes it "seem" to boot faster.
