SigmaTel High Definition Audio CODEC

Hi I have a SigmaTel High Definition Audio CODEC driver and beffore I installed Windows 7 I had XP. Now I don´t get 2.1 sound system to work. Only desktop speakers are working. When i plug subwoofer into the jack it wont work. However when I connected the sub. computer recognizes it and shows me that I connected sub. But theres not any sound out of the sub. Can anyone help me ?
PS: I´m sorry abbout my bad english.

Hi Nightwolf

Have you tried with Win7's audio drivers (from Win Update) as well as Vista drivers from your speaker systems manufacturers site ?, and are you using a sound card ?

Thanks Veedaz for ansering. I`l try Vista drivers. And yes I´m using sound card.

OK M8 go to the sound cards site and see what drivers there are, what is the make and number of your card please ?

Well looks like SigmaTel doesent have a homepage , or I can´t look. But I find somthing in the computer manage setup:

In XP I had IDT Audio Control Panel as well , but in win.7 i dont see it enywere

Internet link you give me gives me some driver dectection. Not the driver itself. But thanks anyway.

Use the driver detective (but dont buy it) we only need the driver name and your chip set is Intel > http://202.158.49.178/aspx/products/...id=sku00108767

Whats the full name and No of your Sound card ?
