How to share the root of a Drive C:

Does someone knows how to share the entire drive C and avoid getting "access denied"

Couls you explain (your problem??) Do you mean putting more than one OS on the same partition or...?
It is quiye straightfoward to partition the whole drive and have OS's on each, but I suspect this is not where you are heading.
