Hello, I am having a serious crashing problem of all my programs and blue screen crash. Please help me fix this since all tools to fix registry, etc says nothing is wrong, but I cannot touch anything because the programs take forever to respond, then my computer gets the blue screen, or I have to force restart. I zipped my latest minidumps. Please help.

KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR (7a)
The requested page of kernel data could not be read in. Typically caused by
a bad block in the paging file or disk controller error. Also see
KERNEL_STACK_INPAGE_ERROR.

Try a check disk first to see if there are bad spots on the disk. Laptops get knocked about and because the disk is spinning it gets damaged.

*If* it is a damaged disk then SpinRite is pretty good. It is not free, but it depends upon what value you place on your data on the disk.

If that is a controller problem, then its a motherboard replacement. Do you still have Dell support?

Of course you should make sure that you have all the up-to-date drivers from Dell installed.

Hope this helps.

Actually, when I think about it more. Sounds more like a bad spot on the disk.
