Same exe with different name runs on windows 7 without UAC pop-up

Hello everyone,
I have windows 7 32-bit installed on my laptop. I had build a exe and tried running it on windows7. First it asked for UAC pop-up and then on other users login it started asking for UAC credentials. But when i restarted the system and changed the name of the exe to some random name then double clicking the exe did't give UAC pop-up. So it means that windows 7 stores the name of the app/exe which once encountered the UAC pop-up. So has anyone came across this issue? Can anyone help me out of this?
