How do you run CheckDisk on the System Reserved partition that Windows 7 x64 createsduring install. It doesn't give it a drive letter or list it in Computer, which is extremely idiotic.

You can assign a drive letter to it easy enough in disk management.
Admin tools/Computer management/Disk management

Are you having trouble with the boot files?

Yeah, that'll work. Stupid Microsoft didn't program it that way to begin with.

Microsoft intended it to be that way. The "System Reserved" partition is not normally meant to be messed with, that's why it's hidden.

You should do a System Repair if you're having boot issues.
