Hi...

It depends on what the issues are.

Start with booting to safe mode, opening a command prompt, and then running this command:

sfc /scannow

Reboot to normal mode.

Please tell us what your computing problems are so we can make precise suggestions to repair your issues. Do you get bsods? Freezes? What's going on?

What prevents this? Any error messages?

Seems to me that you are having bsod issues based on description.

Please boot to safe mode + networking. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the files in there to any new folder first. Then zip them. Attach the zip to a post using the paperclip above where you type.

I will show you what you need to do to fix it.

Did you create a repair disc when windows 7 booted up the very first time, as instructed? Pop the Repair DVD in the machine and boot from it (adjust BIOS settings if needed to make the DVD drive boot prior to hard drive). Run the repair and see if it works.
