Is this different than "Repair your computer" from the Install Windows screen during setup and from the repair disk you can create in System Tools?

Yep, it essentially migrates your old Windows 7 install to a new Windows 7 installation (if that makes sense). Your old applications and settings are all moved over, so it fixes some semi-serious problems. It's not as good as the old XP/Vista repair install as it can't be run from boot - so if Windows is badly damaged and won't boot it won't be any use.

The "Repair your computer" menu from the install CD will perform handy functions such as startup repair, memory tests and system restore - but it can't do a full "repair install" like this

This does not work if 'Service Pack 1' has been installed on your PC and is not included in the disc your using.

Then you may want to download and burn the appropriate W7 SP1 DVD from these links HERE.

Too much different between 7 and 2010 if you use it then get many latest plugin that built in 2011. i am using 2007 but now have a option of 2010 auto latest browser messenger.

Between 7 and 2010? What 2010? I'm confused by your statement, but what plugins are you talking about exactly? There's no plugins for a repair install.

amiruk, this has nothing to do with your browser. And 2007 and 2010 sound like versions of Microsoft Office which again this has nothing to do with. Please keep your posts on topic; if this is a new issue then start your own thread.
