I have a problem that i cannot remove windows 7 genuine.
It appears in bottom of desktop as:

Windows 7
Build 7600
This copy of Windows is not genuine.

I try this method but cannot remove:
First i deleted wtatray and wgalogon from Localdisk/windows/system32

And then i go to regedit
and deleted notify folder from HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\Current Version\winlogon
Then i reboot my pc.
But cannot remove it.
Please provide me best solution.
I think this is in right place.

You may be a victim of piracy and your copy may not be legal, what you need to do is formate the partition / HDD and purchase from a reputable source (see link below)

Link > Buy Windows 7 - Latest offers listed here

And don't ask for help with any illegal software.

No help with illegal software on this forum. Piracy costs all of us. That's one reason that new OS's and other Microsoft software (Office, etc) costs so much. And so many jobs as well. And there are those who gets ripped off (as it sounds you may have been done so) like I once did. If you have been a victim of pirated software, and can prove that you purchased it, Microsoft will help you. Contact them to see, there is a discount program for those who are counterfeit victims. Running illegal software poses other risks, like spyware being placed on your computer to rip you off even more, and is most likely to cause viruses on your computer as well. And then there's the chance of a fine and/or imprisonment. I don't mean to sound harsh, but I'm telling you like it is. That's exactly why sites like the Pirate Bay are gone now. It's not fair for those of us who honestly pay for our software to keep up the freeloaders. And I'm not afraid to stand up and say so. I just noticed something, your screen name. captainpirate? Does that mean that you advocate piracy? If you don't want to pay your way, then you need to learn an Linux "distro", as they are called. There, you can be given a "genuine" OS for free.

Since when? It's like the war in Afghan, it just never stops.

But I agree with everything else. Not that I have never download anything before in my life, but I always buy it if I like it. I kind of like having support for things the legal way.

True, doing things the legal way, you can get professional support should you need it. That's the best way to go. Too, pirate sites will always be out there, but the risk of using them is not worth it. I read a story somewhere on the net recently that someone was banned for life from one of the gaming sites because of it. And there was the woman who downloaded songs and was caught, too.

The legalities you can agrue about all day, we can go around in circles arguing about them. Its the the malware side of things you want to look at, at the end of the day you are sharing files from uncertified sources, and these are often infected. The bad guys use P2P filesharing as a major conduit to spread their wares. Polymorphic file infectors such as virut only spread via P2P. I know if that a user comes to me with an infection which has been brought in from P2P/Warez sources then I have absolutly no sympathy for them.

And i totally agree, downloaders know what there doing but some of them don't know that if there PC becomes infected they can infect others via Flash Drive, e-mail etc.
