I was suggesting that send the new account didn't work either that there
must be corrupt systems files. Have you tried doing an sfc /scannow or
windows repair?

Haven't tried sfc yet. He called me this morning and
it sounds like he caught another virus. I am wondering
if just wiping and reinstalling may be the better part of
wisdom.

Reinstall & tell him to stay off the porn sites.

You must be joking! That's the only, the sole reason why he has got a
computer!

His only hope is to install a non-microsoft OS in the hope that those
sites do not have viruses etc that work with the other Operating
Systems. ;-)
