Hi glory - Welcome to w7forums

Lets make sure we all understand what you are saying.

You have Windows 7 64-Bit installed and can not install a 32-Bit application.
And now you are asking how to change to Windows 7 32-Bit.

These options may help you install the 32-Bit application.
  1. Turn UAC off - Configure Windows 7 UAC
  2. Use XP or Vista compatibility mode - Application Compatibility Mode
  3. Disable any Anti-malware
In answer to your question.
  • You will need to do a Clean install of Windows 7 32-Bit. There is no way to downgrade of switch without a new install.

Also, can you tell us what the program name and version is? Someone may have a work-around or comparable replacement that will work for you.

By all means DO NOT change your operating system for 1 program. Try the methods above first.
