Hi, First here is my OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional SP1 x64

I'm having trouble with windows explorer in relation to Firefox 8.1, download box. Usually when I right click the downloaded file and choose "Open Containing Folder", windows explorer will pop open that directory/location window, but something is wrong now because it just flashes the folder window in the task-bar (collapsed). I have to click the flashing folder to open it. Any settings to correct this? TIA!

Have you cleared out the browser cache/cookies?

Have you rebooted your computer?
