Problem with headphone???

I can't hear my headphone. when I enter to Contro Panel --> Sound --> Playback --> Headphones (Not plugged in). How can I find "plugged in"?

What sound device do you have, and are you plugging your headphones into the front panel or the green jack at the rear of your PC?

I only hear by loudspeaker of my laptop, i can't heard by headphone. .

Ah, it's a laptop. Have you manually updated the drivers for Windows 7, or are you using the sound drivers that came with Win7?

Try downloading this driver update for Windows Vista x32/64. It was posted on March 19: http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/swu...=4480&os_id=28
