Hi, i am not very experienced with tunneling but i believe you can
make a tunnel connection via your browser to prentend to the other
side that you are from a different location.
Example, some videos on websites are region locked. If you from a
different location you are not able to watch them. Although you don't
steal anything, just watching, how can you make yourself able to watch
these videos?

Do some research before guessing what a computer technology is for.

There is a small program called Utunnel that can be used for this.

It might also be helpful if the OP defined "pretent" and "prentend".
Google brings only French clues to the first and nothing for the second.
He/she might also remember this "Proof read, then hit SEND".

"Proof read"? Was that intentional?

I've heard it said that every time you make a typo, the errorists win.

(Hey Gene, get in on this. I know you can top me. :-) )

What's your problem? Do you think that proof and read must be combined
into one word? Please explain.

Sorry, I thought you did that intentionally as a joke. Yes, proofread
is the word you were apparently looking for.
