Playready wont install error code 0x8024003

Hi, there people ive just done a fresh install of windows 7 7000 x64 and went to set up my tv tuner and on install got to playready part and it said it cant install this which means i wont be able to watch television anyone help please. thanks in advance. dan.

SORTED now installed manually playready 1.2

I'm having a similar problem.
I'm running Windows 7 32bit and my TV tuner used to work ok but I was asked to go through the tuning process again, this time it stopped and I got the error
Microsoft Playready PC Runtime EULA unable to connect to server.

I downloaded Runtime 1.2 and 1.3 but get an error
The installation package is not supported by this processor.

Can anyone help?
