Hi,
I have registered only this evening and I am not hugely computer literate.
I have a couple of questions about the handling of photos using Windows 7, together with Office 2007.
In XP, when faced with a screenful of photos, I could sort them into the desired order by clicking and dragging. After doing this I could then number them. How can I do this in W7? There is a long list of available grouping choices but it does not include what I want.
Is there any way of resizing photos in bulk i.e. more than one at a time?
Thanks

Resizing or renaming?

For renaming folders of files, and optionally subfolders, I use WildRename.

I don't know how to resize in bulk.

As for sorting, there are numerous columns you can add to windows explorer that are hidden by default - some of these may be what you desire to sort. right-click in any of the column titles and there is a box of optional fields to add to the list.

Also in the list is TAGS and if you go to properties you can assign this field a value which can then be sorted (al though it seems like it would be faster to just rename than use this idea)
