I think WLMquote fixes WLM15's lack of quote characters.

Your arrow keys, PageUp/PageDn keys, or mouse give you the option of top
or bottom response in *any* email and news client.

(You should start at the top, for trimming purposes, then place your
comment(s) after the item(s) you are responding to.)

Ian meant Tb groves you the option of "Start my response..."
