The Current Developers Team is constantly working on the PeerBlock to make it Compatible and Applicable to Windows Vista and Windows 7 (both x86 and x64 = 32 bit and 64 bit modes).

Their latest Priority is to get the Signed Driver Certification.

Want a Signed Driver?
It's going to cost around $430+ to purchase a "code-signing certificate" that will let us generate a signed driver (including the cost of registering a company in order to be "allowed" to purchase one). No PeerBlock is not part of the PeerGuardian Group, They stoped dev work over 2 years ago.
The PeerBlock is based on the PeerGuardian, but, They are constantly Working on the Development and Improvements to make it Applicable for the x64 bit platforms, Which it is now functional.

Their main Priority now is getting the "Signed Driver Certification" so you don't have to run you x64 bit platform in Driver Test Mode.
