I cannot seem to get the restore to factory settings discs to install as it says i dont have enough disc space, i have tons of disc space, so i tried to reinstall windows 7 using the pqservice but am not sure how to go about it. Howdo I stat the image on pqservice to reinstall my windows 7. My computer is an ixtreme 5620 i think. I created Packard bell factory defaults backup discs but when i try to load them in it says i haven't enough disc space. What am I doing wrong guys???????

I have issues.

Hi ihaveissues - Welcome to w7forums

I'm sorry about the late responce.

Are you trying to run the restore disk from within Windows? You may need to boot to the disk instead. Have you tried booting to the restore disk?

If that fails, let us know and we will try something different.
