Open-face font in Win7 SP1?

I print to the surface of DVDs in varying font
styles.

For the large type I want to use open-face fonts
to save the expensive ink.

The Win7 collection does not seem to have these,
and I can't go to the Word10 stylized fonts
because I use a separate DVD-printing program.
(AudioLable).

Does Win7 have a library of other fonts online? I
need open face, that is fonts outlined with
nothing in the centers.

This may be more than what you want, but here's two sites with free fonts:

http://1001freefonts.com/
http://www.urbanfonts.com/

Since the fonts are free, and you find one you like but it's not an open
face font, you might be able to load it into a font editor and eliminate
the fill.
