Windows 7 home premium 64 bit

My comodo firewall reported an open connection with an IP of
65.55.118.158:3544 which is owned by microsoft.
Anyone know why M$ is doing this? What information are they obtaining?

This is probably related to Teredo tunneling which allows an IPv6
