notepad problem

the default encoding of notepad is ANSI i want to change it
i didn't face this problem in windows XP at all
i am from egypt and the arabic letters doesn't appear correctly in ANSI encoding

Select the button below the text field and there are three other options besides ANSI you can choose from to make them the default.

thanks Nibiru2012 but the problem is the arabic letters doesn't appear correctly in windows 7 and i didn't face this problem in windows Xp at all with the same notepad options.
