When I click on START, the program column has only one program listed. Is
there a way to get the list back without clicking ALL PROGRAMS?

What do you mean by the program column, the left side or the right side?

The left side is a history list\

1. It can be cleared, which maybe is what happened in your case.

2. The size of the list can be changed, and maybe that's what happened
in your case.

Right click the Orb and select properties. Look at the Start Menu tab.

Under Privacy, there are two checkboxes which will affect what you see.

Near the top of the panel is a Customize button. On that panel near the
bottom, you can change the size of the Start Menu.
