Is it just me, who can't see HOW2 do it,
or is it possible that the Live Mail news-reader does NOT do
'threading'? So that, to delete a thread of 44 articles/headers
on a single Subject, I can't just delete the whole thread in one action,
and I've got to select the individual headers and delete them individually.

And having to see all the same header-Subjects, taking up screen space,
instead of them being combined into ONE entry [which can be expanded
as required] is also stupid.

What am I doing wrong ?

==TIA

There is probably a group specializing in mail, where you'd get better help.

From what I can gather here, you want something along the lines
of "View by Conversation", which is the equivalent of threading.
I don't have a copy of WLM, so can't verify any of this.

Good luck,

I get the same thing often myself. Have to delete each msg and use down
button then change newsgroups and then go back to the news group and then
they are all gone.

Post your question in microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop
You'll probably get better feedback.

It does it as long as you sort by "Sent"... then click the arrow to show all
postings in the thread...
