Just to reiterate..I would like the screenshot posted here in the forums, in this thread, since that is easiest for most folks to do. If one wants to post a link in a comment at WindowsTalk, that is fine, but not necessary.

Hey James - I used the link to this thread from Windows Talk and it appears the "#post7415" at the end of
"http://www.w7forums.com/new-contest-open-t1409.html#post7415" make IE8 continuously refresh.
