Windows networking / File Sharing / Permissions has never been easy. With Win 7 it is near impossible. For those elder geeks - remember when it was easier to set up Hotline than early XP to transfer files? Really elders will remember First Class BBS and it's no nonsense setup for users / groups / permissions.

Is there a third party for Win 7 that is easy to set up and maintain?
We have a mixed XP and Win 7 environment and the Win 7 side is not playing nicely at all. We have three workgroups all separated by routers to a DHCP server which also has the DSL. We all have internet through it, but the file sharing behind each router only seems to work with XP.
