Network bounces with Windows7 64bit

Just got a new Sony laptop. Configured wireless and able to see the router however, when the new laptop connects to the network, the router drops all other connections to the other PC's. Then comes back online after about 5mins. Now all PC's are able to communicate and reach the internet. The router should have to drop all connections to allow another PC to connect. This is the only PC with 64bit Windows7 Home on the network. The router is Linksys WRT110. The other PC's are 32bit XP Prof. Anybody else ever experienced this?

Hi. Try updating the firmware to the router. Linksys should have an available update to apply.
