Under Windows 7, meaning inside Windows 7 like a parallel desktop? or Virtual Machine? Or Alongside Windows 7, as in dual booting? Such as TrainableMan had mentioned?

You can dual boot, but you're going to have to shrink your hard drive space to allow for the creation of a new partition to install the secondary system on.
