MSN Msngr Skin still light blue, can't move the window

My Windows Live Messenger 2011 program runs almost flawlessly, except I can't click and drag the Contacts window and even after upgrading to Windows 7, the problem persists. And the window isn't the nice Windows 7 glass style border, but it's this old, crappy light blue.

Any thoughts on what can be wrong?

Hi 00Jeseph00 - Welcome to w7forums

I can't speak for MS Messenger. However, I do have a question that may help others.

Is MS Messenger the only application that doesn't have Windows 7 Aero effects?
