Moving "Users" folder structure

Hi All,

I would like to maintain the entire "Users" tree structure on a different hard drive to the one on which Windows 7 is installed.

I have read the article on this site about moving the My documents folder, but that doesn't quite do what I want, and only effects a single user.

Ideally I would like to shift the entire "Users" folder so that when a new user is created their directories are created at the new location.
