Using Windows 7 prof 32 bit. Mouse is msft 5000.

I'm left handed and like to use the right button as my main button and I set it in control panel and it works swell. I do hit apply but every time I reboot it's back to the right handed position. What can I do.

I am very left handed so it is a problem.

Any help appreciated.

Regards,

Maybe different for different models, but if I select the "Mouse" in the Control Panel, under the "buttons" tab, I have the option at the top, left or right handed. Works as you have asked, for me.

I downloaded the latest driver and it seems to have solved the problem. I haven't rebooted yet but the mouse went to left handed operation immediately without my doing anything at all. So I thing the problem is solved. I thank you for the help.

Best regards,
Q
