As I have recently installed W7 I have been unable to reinstall the software for my Phone, I assume that I shall require an upgrade or new software to replace the above, this attempts to install but will not recognise the phone when plugged in. I assume that there is no driver installed for W7 ?
Any help or suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.

Regards MIKET

The same thing happened to me. My Motorola V265 (2005 Model) disc won't work with Windows 7. You can call Motorola to see if an updated disc is available, but if it's as old as mine, it's doubtful.
