Overall I have had very few problems in the many years I have been
using PCs starting with 3.1. Before that I had an Atari 1040ST and ran
a local BBS using Nitelite SW designed my Paul Swanson.

I think the whole program was written in Atari BASIC.
If I remember it was back in the early '80s.
I remember paying somewhere around $500 for a single sided single
density converted to DSDD 5 1/4 disk drive x 2 and an ATR 8000.
