are there any solutions as to why i am unable to print using window live photo gallery. i received and error has occurred but does not specify error.

I can't log in, for some reason, on my other computer running Windows 7 64-bit, on either IE or Chrome. Every time I try, I get the warning: ''You have used an invalid user name or password''. I recently had to re-install the OS but that shouldn't affect it. At this moment I'm on my second computer (which obviously does log in OK) on which I have XP running (and I'm using Chrome). Any ideas? Because normally I use my other computer most of the time and only use this one for emergency use.

Also, is there a way on this forum to save 'Sent' private messages? I can't find a way.
