    Hi mate just stopped by to check out the IE9 Beta problems as I have had some weird stuff happen.I see that your Dell has come ALIVE using IE9 Beta on w7 starter 32bit GREAT NEWS i might get out my old Compaq presario 32 bit & try using the 32 bit w7 on it.Just gotta try it after reading about your Dell.Take care mate chat to you at w7 in few days.

    The fourth Platform Preview moves the new JavaScript engine, codenamed Chakra, inside IE9 and brings them together into one single, integrated system.

    probably sol with this laptop but its worth one last try

    k so i have a dell latitude d600 and i put windows 7 on it and the only problem so far is that i cant update my video driver and that prevents me from having the option of connecting a projector

    do you know any way of fixing this problem?

    mate I am posting some T-Shirts in morning to Nibs they are black with on back RTW @ PDC November 17 Front have NEW Blue win Logo Azure with windows Azure TM .
    what size are you and do you reside any where near Nibs

    soon as you reply with address if not near Nibs then I will POST both Packages off tomorrow morning so please reply & its done I wanted to send these three weeks ago but my days are very busy & my nights are spent watching my four computers Networking you know how it is sleep happens when we fit it in.

    The file rkill.exe is a legitimate component of Internet Explorer 6. The file size is 21504 with the MD5 signature of 6F442485BD7A0A94312939D89F57BFB3.

    Bleepingcomputer is another that is Dangerous for malware,trojans etc

    I need help... As I told you some time ago, I was planning on installing Windows 2K on a Virtual Machine. That's done.

    The problem is that I can't get updates. When i load the page, it tells me that there was an error and some other stuff. This a a genuine version of Windows.

    Any help possible?

    Jeffrey, first you need to find a better AV. MSE is good, it suits me well. Keep Malwarebytes on to scan with for malware. Secondly, you either need to go into System Restore, go back as far as you can, and see what happens. If this doesn't rid you of the problem, make sure that you backup your drivers and reinstall your system. Norton is crap, MSE or Avast would be great choices for you, and are free. Post back and let me know you got this. And it would be a good idea to post back what you found in your thread concerning this. There may be other answers, and others will benefit from the experience.
