marking post solved

Following the instructions at the top of a post to mark a thread solved doesn't work for me. I clicked the thread tools tab and there's nothing in there that says "mark thread solved", for me at least. Then I clicked the link in the instructions and still nothing. So what am I missing or doing wrong. Thanks.

Hi Bassfisher, it should only appear in forums that are ones relating to tech support questions. Can you let me know which thread you are trying to mark and I'll take a look in to it and see what the problem is (as it sounds like something isn't working properly at this end).

In the "newly created networking forum"....thank you for that......I posted one in there called "other network" and figure it out and wanted to mark is solved.

Ah yes, when setting it up I must have left off the prefix permissions - I'll fix this now
