maplestory unable to start correctly

i used to play maplestory like 5 months ago and it ran fine and everything i got windows 7 64- bit and now that i came back to the game it doesnt open at all for me i get that error everytime i try to start the game. i reinstalled it like 5 times and tried pretty much everything like running as admin and stuff. i'm thinking theres some other problem that i have no idea about.. if anyone can fix that then you are awesome !!

Try these

1. Defragging
2. Disk Cleanup
3. Disk Check
4. Completely Uninstall the files (C:\Program Files)
