Mandatory profiles won't load on domain

I have a SBS 2003 server with mostly Win XP SP3 clients. I have MANDATORY profiles that load when user(s) log in. However, adding Win 7 Ulitmate clients to the domain these profiles are not loading on the Win7 machines.

I have successfully joined the domain. Even though the profile is not loading, I am able to get to the user(s) default directory which is on the server. However, I am not getting the desktop, printers and IE settings associated with the profile.

Suggestions on how to get these profiles to load?
