magnifier malfunction

Dell in Bangalore installed Windows7 on my computer..I used to use Vista.
I have low vision. When I said I was not happy with the magnifier they played with it and now Iam with only one function (docked) and that is in the wrong place. Dell worked hard on it. It also boots up when I open the computer and that annoys me big time.
Can any one help me get the magnifier back to factory settings....with out the whole computer being put back.

Are you looking for the magnifier?
If so it is found here - "Control Panel >> All Control Panel Items >> Ease of Access Center"

And to make Login changes look for this option from the very same windows "Make the computer easier to see"
