Looking for Mystic Thumbs PSD thumb viewer FREE version.

I'm looking for the new version of Mystic Thumbs. I had it & somehow lost it or deleted it thinking it wasn't working with my Win7 64bit laptop. I use Paint Shop Pro & I'm so frustrated that I can't see my tubes. I have PSP ThumbNail Handler installed, but heard I also need Mystic Thumbs for PSD tubes. I'd appreciate it if anyone has a copy that they could share.
