locked out!!!

im locked out of my computer and need to know how to run computer in safe mode but f8 does not work i only have f2 and f12 in my boot up menu thing,

i simply forget my password and would like ot know how to manipulate to get into my computer

Recommend to use this to clear the password to your account to make it so there is none. When you get back to desktop, create a new password to use for the account:
