As I am receiving emails, Live Mail used to scroll the current screen to the latest email received as soon as it arrives into inbox. But with 2011 version, it stays on the last email that I've read and I have to scroll the screen myself to see the new emails. Any solution to this?

If that matters, my display preferences is to sort emails according to date and the latest at the bottom.

Hi,
I'd check the preferences tab once again and look under the Mail section. You might be able to create a new rule or similar.

The link provided below is to the 'Mail Portal' section of the Windows Live Solution centre. You may be able to find a solution here or check out the forum for answers.

I don't think there is an option to do what you request. But. Wouldn't it be sufficient to reverse the order from what you now have as the default.? Your cursor would then sit at the LAST available email received in date, which seems to be what you are trying to achieve?
